3b2481d147 ci: parallelize Android and Desktop builds on ubuntu-24.04 
- Split custom-build-release.yml into 3 jobs: build-android, build-desktop, and publish-release
- Upgrade runners from ubuntu-22.04 to ubuntu-24.04
- Pass artifacts between jobs using upload-artifact/v4 and download-artifact/v4
- Ignore changes to AGENTS.md, GEMINI.md, and CLAUDE.md from triggering release builds

76a95bceb7 fix(simpconnect): preserve local playback across remote sessions 
Update the core submodule to retain the local queue while remote control is active and avoid restoring unrelated persisted playback state.

cd0d60c113 feat(simpconnect): controle remoto no notification, fila e letras 
Corrige o controle entre dispositivos e liga todas as superfícies ao estado remoto.

- O notification, botões de Bluetooth/headset e Android Auto agora controlam o dispositivo remoto e mostram capa, título, progresso e play/pause corretos (SimpConnectSessionPlayer na MediaSession).
- A fila e o pager de capas do Now Playing mostram a fila real do dispositivo controlado; tocar em uma faixa manda a fila inteira com o índice correto. Reordenar/remover continua disponível só no modo local, pois o protocolo não tem esses comandos.
- O volume enviado pelo controle passa a ser aplicado no player Android.
- Handshake, conexão, heartbeats e descoberta de rede mais estáveis: timeouts, sessões antigas substituídas, chaves de autorização persistidas e mensagens de estado em ordem.
- Handoff preserva posição, estado de pausa e a fila que estava tocando; trocar de dispositivo move a sessão em vez de deixar o anterior tocando.
- Cópia de segurança do estado local restaurada ao desconectar, com progresso remoto interpolado pelo relógio local.

f77d9d60b4 feat(car): add native queue button to Android Auto player 
Point core at the queue timeline implementation. Android Auto now shows its native Playlist/Queue button on the Now Playing screen; selecting an item seeks to the matching queue position, including when shuffle is enabled.
